The Retina Eye Center

i.eThe service was good, but the wait times is too much. I am not a new patient and my wait was 3.5 hours and I was seen the last of the 4 hours total. Why overbook that way. They have been doing these surgeries for some time now and the wait was overwhelming. The staff walked around and did not lead gently to siting areas. I cannot see. They said follow me.....how? I was disappointed and appalled at how they talked to patients with the office doors open, so everyone could hear. I d o not want my health information out there like that. I will have to find someone else as I have chronic pain and sitting for -4 hours is not going to cut it!
