Male Infertility
Richard Hatch, M.D., is board certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. His emphasis is on patient education, support and cost effectiveness. An effort is made to utilize resources such that charges are kept to a minimum. This can be done while still fully addressing problems. Sometimes different options are available for treatment. A well educated couple in consultation with their physician is better able to make the choice that is best for them. The full range of reproductive endocrinology and infertility problems are addressed, including female infertility, amenorrhea (lack of menstrual periods), hirsutism (excessive body hair in females), disorders of growth and puberty and in-vitro fertilization. His main area of interest has been in male infertility, dealing with men who have been unable to father children due to low or absent sperm counts. Dr Hatch also has experience in tubal ligation reversals and helping those who seek a surrogate birth.
