Do not move your loved ones to this facility! We had a terrible ordeal with this company. When we needed to move our parents out of their home for memory issues, the company sent staff to “evaluate” whether our parents could qualify for this residence. They told us our parents would do great and we moved them in. After our parents walked off the facility grounds (the company does not have a plan in place to monitor their residents) we were told our parents were being evicted and/or had to move into the “lock down” facility. On the lock down side there are no locks on the doors, so anyone can wander in at any time. It was very scary for both of our parents—one night they awoke to have a strange woman standing over them while they were in bed. We were never given an itemized bill; every bill we received was different—and more money—over nine grand one month, and we were charged for services that were never rendered. The food was horrendous—small portions, tasteless, overcooked. If you didn’t want the main entrée, there was the option of a hamburger. The meat was disgusting like something from a cheap fast food restaurant—thin, overcooked and dry. On the lockdown side we saw a woman trying to eat her soup with a fork. Staff did nothing to help her. Many of the staff do not look or act like they are trained to help with geriatric issues. They look like minimum wage earners right off the street. We never did get our monthly bills itemized or explained. We were due a credit when we removed our parents from this forsaken place – they send us a refund of pennies. (We were mind boggled how they could get away with this) They ripped off our parents—do not let them rip off yours!
