I would not recommend this company. They made promises and did not keep them. They damaged property that they were warned to stay away from and then refused to repair or pay for the repair. In other words, once they had my money there promises vanished with them.

Quality work put to the test. During the ice storm last month we lost a few trees, came right down on our year old fence. Because of the way it was constructed and the quality of materials, we were able to put the fence back together by just replacing a few brackets the posts didnt move, boards stayed intact, in short - nothing was damaged! So thank you. Job well done Bilt-Rite!

When we performed the job for this customer in March of 2011, He was fine with job and paid. Then in June when he decided to turn his sprinkler system on, And found that it had broken lines, He decided to call and complain. We tried to work with him, But he declined for us to come and even look at the lines. Instead he took us to court, after going to court and the judge found in our favor, He now writes a bad review.

Bilt Rite is under new, not better, management. I had them build some fence for me. They got to the job site before me, strung a line and started digging fence holes right over and next to sprinkler lines and sprinkler heads. I think common sense tells you to not do that unless you do not care about a persons property or sprinkler system. When I got there I advised them to move the fence line/posts a foot over and left to go to work. When I returned to our job site I found they had not done as I instructed. They assured me that if they broke any lines they would fix them. In June when I turned on the sprinkler system I found that they had broken the lines at two post hole locations that were right next to sprinkler heads. They refused repair or compensation for repairs. The reason, "If we had broke them we would have fixed them." Anyone ever read Catch-22? Pass these guys up.

We had a few minor issues with scheduling, but the finished product is gorgeous, the install crew was personable, knowledgable and professional. I love telling my neighbors who put in our beautiful picket fence. Oh, and the optional trellis really completes the look. WONDERFUL!
