Lake Village of Auburn Hills

NOT a safe environment! There was over 40 robberies in just 1 month! Their so called security gate is HORRIBLE and does not and has not worked for more than 2 days in a row. If it snows a decent amount in the winter and you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor, expect your ceiling to leak! The worst part is that it took them over 2 months to fix!!! It wouldnt have been that bad if they would have done it promptly! There was so much water pooled on the carpets that it created a mildewy smell! They also decided to fix the roads which in turn ruined 4 automobiles! I would not recommend this place to anybody, it is overpriced and not worth it!
