Mr. Friedman and Mr. Rod Cole. Yes, I'm putting your names out here, because you two are THE WORST!!!! How hard is it to just follow up? Are you not men of your word? I am customer expecting delivery of a package, that was never received and could never get a straight answer from your office. But you all are in your feelings because I cursed, well what do you expect, your service wasn't and hasn't been up to par; most certainly didn't meet my expectations! So, yes, I curse when I'm frustrated and you two should have the wherewithal to understand that! None the less, I've heard nothing about my package and lost money for that purchase, thanks to you Bozos. How do you like that? I've now called you out of your names. I feel it's warranted, hell well deserved given your LACK, no better yet, let's just call this what it is: SEVERELY LACKING customer service in handling my issue. In closing, you all SUCK!!!!

I received a notice on my door for a first attempt for a package that was mailed to me from my mother for my kids. I also received a notice addressed to someone who no longer lived in the apartment. Went I went to retrieve my package from the post office it could not be located. However the "other" package was located. One week later they still could not locate my package. I plan to direct my complaints to the Post Master General because I don't understand how they attempted to deliver and no longer have the package. That is carelessness and wreckless.

Overall

I recently had the same experience with a package being scanned as delivered when it wasn't. I'd been checking the website all morning waiting for my delivery and finally it said "delivered at 1:17 PM"... it was 1:30 so I went up to get my box, as I knew it was too big to fit in my regular mailbox and would be in a parcel box. My carrier was still there and said she didn't have a package for me. Matter of fact, she didn't have a parcel package for anyone in my subdivision. I came back and double-checked the tracking number (as I was expecting several packages and two had already been delivered) to make sure I hadn't entered the wrong number. I confirmed that I was correct and called the 800 number (not the location directly). CSR Gabriel was very helpful and said he'd send the message to my local post office. I received a call from the location supervisor about an hour later, explained the whole situation to him (stressing the fact that I'd actually spoken to my carrier and confirmed with her that she did NOT have my package) and gave him the tracking information. He said he'd look into it and call me back. He called about 20 minutes later and said my package had been located and would be delivered the next day. I don't know why it was scanned as delivered and I can't say for sure that someone was intending to steal it (I mean, it was just a bag of wax flakes and fragrance oil) but obviously it hadn't left the facility. I'm just thankful it was located and delivered the next day as promised.

Overall
I ordered a package which was ...

I ordered a package which was "Delivered" according to USPS Track and Confirm on a Saturday afternoon but on Saturday evening my mailbox was empty. When I called my local post office (Old National Post Office on Godby Rd) to ask about it Monday, I was first told to call back the next day as Monday was when my package was scheduled to be delivered and I must have read the website wrong. When I called back the next day, I was told to call back at lunch time because they don't take calls at 8:30 am, they're too busy trying to organize the routes for the drivers. When I tried calling at lunch the phone was off the hook. When I finally got through at 2:00 they told me to call back in 1/2 hour when the driver who delivered my package would be at my apartment complex and could physically retrieve the package from whatever arcane hole in the Universe he left it. When I called back at 2:30 I was told to call back the next day at open of business... 8:30 am... because that's the next time that the driver will be at the office. This morning at 8:30 I was put in touch with a "union representative" who was not my mail carrier and could not tell me anything about my package. We did; however, exchange phone numbers and he promised to visit my apartment complex this afternoon and call me regardless of what he finds. As of 10:00 pm on Wednesday I still have no package, no contact with my mail carrier, and no call from the "representative." This level of service is RIDICULOUS. Unless you want to see what a mail theft reporting form from the US Postal Inspection Service looks like, don't ship to or from this location.

typical service

You can call the post office and the phone rings and rings, the mail is misdelivered daily, is their still an exam prior to hiring?
