Store is immaculate. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, extraordinarily courteous, and just plain fun. I have a mailbox here and rely on them as a huge resource for my business - everything from business cards to advertising to shipping.

This was an excellent place to do business, ownership has changed recently and that is no longer the case. I was a customer of this business both PO Box and extensive shipping for 6 years. The rates went up when ownership changed and I asked that the owner or a manager call me to discuss. I was told that they could not call me because they are very busy people. If they are too busy to talk to a 6 year customer, they are too busy to handle my business. This is not a business that someone MUST have, they are a "luxury” with allot of competition.

The folks at this UPS store are always helpful and friendly. I stop by to pick up my mail 3 or 4 times a week and I rarely even have to get out my key for the box. I am greeted by name and my mail is handed to me. They will email you if you receive a package.
