        Overall

        Would give zero stars if possible. Not only ruined my pants, but still insisted on charging me. Terrible experience and staff completely unapologetic. Go to Norman's cleaners down the street instead.

        Been going here weekly for 14 years and have never had a problem. The sisters-in-law who run the counter are so friendly.

        The people that run this business are incredibly nice and helpful! Really a great neighborhood store - they know their customers well and always do a terrific job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
