The store was very clean.the work's worked together and maxe a good team very hard working team the manager kenneth faraone was very friendly helpful and .the works know what they are doing at the arnold store any time my car needs work done you bit ill be taking it back to arnols midas good job guys.

BEST AUTO SERVICE!!! Im a single mom, (walked in without calling or making appt first) my vehicle was making very loud ticking, the manager was very nice! He got my car in quickly and done in record timing!! I couldnt thank him enough!!!

Great service! New manager K.C. is by far the best and very helpful. He answered all my questions and was very polite.

Took my car in for a timing belt (drove it in). charged me $800.00+ and ran worse when I picked it up. I only live 3/4 mile a way and almost didn't get home with it. Guy at the counter (Scott) acted like he was stoned or something. Will never go back!!! And going to report them to the BBB.

They will tell you one price and when you get there it is always higher. I have had my last experience with this Midas or any other. The brakes they supposedly fixed on my car now need to be redone again. Very untrustworthy in my opinion and my past dealings.

I have taken my car in several times to midas in Arnold, Mo. I recommended my daughter and her husband. The first time he took it in they were not accurate in their price at all. They took it somewhere else...and got it done alot cheaper. Recently in the last snow storm had an accident...and immediatly took it to Midas in Arnold.....it was ;the closest place. They quoted my son-in-law $1500.00 dollars....so took it to AA Automotive it only cost $184.00 and they fixed it the same day. That's where I am going from now on and so will my daughter and son-in-law.



I also have called my large family and told them never to go to Midas. I found out I could have gotten my car done alot less expensive. You know word of mouth is the best advertisement.....you would think Midas would know this. I will tell anyone willing to listen....(DO NOT GO TO MIDAS IN ARNOLD, MO.
