They claim to have a first come first serve policy however I beg to differ. I took my car in to patch a single tire and waited 4 hours just to be told it would take another hour and a half to be completed. I was told it would be done in the afternoon and was given no time. I try to check the status on car and customer service was horrible, they refuse to give me a proper explanation on why its taking too long and ignored me when I asked follow up questions.



I do not know why my car took so long to be seen however I can ensure you that it was longer than usual. No phone call was made to inform me on the status of my car and with horrible customer service and unusual waiting time, I would suggest finding another place for auto service
