Century 21

For more than 15 years I have listened to complaints made by tenants renting properties from Century 21 / Gawen Realty. Tenants rarely renew and move out of the properties after 1 year. Why? This property management will not repair or service air conditioners or appliances after repeated requests by the tenants. This is a lose/lose situation for both the tenant and the property owner(s). Carpet cleaning? Forget it. Once you've moved in, it's your problem. Does AC/heat pump not work? Your better off buying your own portable units and taking them with you when you move out. Stove top burners don't work? Sorry. You'll have to use your microwave. This is an absolute travesty of property management

It took them over a month to replace a broken dryer and when the finally got around to that, the washing machine broke. I spoke to a representative (her name is Josie) and asked her for an E.T.A for fixing the washing machine she became extremely angry that I was "asking all these questions" and told me she would no longer speak to me. I'll spare you the rest of the details, but it will suffice to say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this agency, and if you absolutely have to use them, do your best to avoid this woman.
