customer service is appalling. they never answer phones or return voicemails; additionally, the "managers" state they don't speak english when you do finally get in touch with them a week later.

Cleaned efficiently and quickly. Great service and customer satisfaction; they will get the job done.

First of all, if I may say, this is one of the best cleaners in Virginia. Not only do they make my raments clean, but also they have best service. The people in there are very kind and generous. Sometimes, they would even offer to bring my raments that are FRESH into my car. I personally would recommend highly to try Betty Brite Cleaners for everyone.

They are extremely polite and the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out of the store , they offer the BEST service. One time they even offered to take my clothes to my car. What i really like about this cleaner is that the young lady who works there smiles frequently and greet you with warm welcome. Seems like they really care about their customers and all they care about is customer's 100 % satisfaction unlike any other cleaners. They dry clean my clothes SPOTLESS AND LOVE THEIR SERVICE.
