The Driver of tow truck, Sam, was exceptionally helpful. Two other mechanics and tow trucks failed to help me. I had a lug nut on a flat tire that was totally stripped and not coming off. Even though Sam could have just towed my truck. He came with the right tools, got the nut off, and changed the tire helping us avoiding towing to a random garage in the middle of the night. Sam did it all with a smile and a courteous disposition. Superb service!
