Purchased a car was told I would get reimbursed for tires. It's been a month and haven't received nothing. Can't get a tag because the finance manager didn't put name actually the way it is on my license. This has been a headache and a inconvenience. They really do not care. The only thing they care about is a sell. Salesman lie , they will sell you a smoked out car and pretend they do not smell it.

Typical bait and switch tactics - "Sorry, but the car was sold last night". I had setup an appointment to check out the vehicle, received email confirmation, also received an email on the day of the visit confirming my appointment to which I replied with a confirmation - but when I show up, the car was already "sold" - and they didn't even bother to let me know. There was good initial communication and follow-up by phone and email - but looking back, that was just to lure me in.



Beware - you have been warned. Stay away from this business!

Good selection. Nice staff. Did my research before I made my purchase. Knew exactly what I was willing to pay. Gave them a number. Twice they came back with their offer. I didn't budge. Walked away, trading in my car with 160k+ that was about to give me major trouble, with a 2010 Nissan rogue less than 65k miles. Now I have a nice car that will last me a long time. $13,000.00 not a penny more! Did I say that I am a single mother, 44 yrs old, all of 5' tall. I did NOT have a man with me.

This place will lie to you and give you nothing but a run around. One person will day one thing and a different person will tell you something different. They will promise you this and that but will not do any of it. When you call them they will be rude and transfer you to someone else who won't ever answer. This place is a joke!
