        Chace Oliver, a former Anniston, AL employee and currently a Gadsden, AL employee, went absolutely above and beyond his call of duty in providing the most excellent customer service that I have ever seen distributed from an individual. This gentleman is thoroughly well-educated about this company along with all the necessary information that a customer needs to hear when renting an automobile. He provides his undivided attention and makes sure that all of your questions are answered and that you are completely satisfied before pulling out of the parking lot. Chace Oliver is the eptiome of your #1 employee! He set the benchmark!

        What a great experience I had renting from this Enterprise location! The staff was professional and courteous, and made sure I got to and from my pick up location right on time. Reminds me why Enterprise is my car rental vendor of choice. Thanks Enterprise!
