The doctor is terrible...When I called this office to get a doctor's excuse and a letter to give to my child's school about the diet...He, Dr. Brentnall, had the nerve to complain to me about how he only made $12 off my visit and he had bills to pay, lights,water, ect(in other words I was not worth his time)...and that they were going to charge me $75 to do it! What a jerk!! I informed him that he had just lost a customer. He was only concerned about the here and now, not about the money he could have made in the future due to the fact he could have recieved referrals or future business from my family and I.. Instead he earned a bad rep lost my business!!!! I am so shocked that was treated in such a manner..Just goes to show you how money driven he is and how he really cares for his patients!!!
