Republic Parking System

When I forgot my wallet I was told i need to back up the ramp to the second floor while they held traffic so that i could go and ask my co-workers for the money to exit. I have parked in a lot of stuctures (having lived in Chicago for 18 years) and have on rare occasions forgot my wallet. In which case i was handed an envelope and told to send in payment, which i did both times.(maybe three times) Republic parking in Ann Arbor asts like a monopoly because they are. and if you think parking on the street is better, think again, the meters are run by republic. Unfortunately there a no other options in the city.
