        Overall

        This guy is the greatest! I say this cuz he went immediately to my mom's house, she has dementia and had lost her keys and needed help. I live 1 hour away. I called Cook's and he went there and saved the day. He got into more than he bargained for with security alarms going off, a panicked woman and cops! He only charged her 50.00, But we sent him more for his troubles and professionalism. He is a great person as well as locksmith.
