Great experience!!

We gave a five star review at the first of this year expecting to receive our furniture purchased in December by the middle of March. We are now in May and still no furniture. The store in Amarillo, Texas, (where we purchased in December) shrugs their shoulders and say they can't do anything about this but email a customer service representative with the promise that we would receive a call. Call never received. We have tried staying on hold for over two hours and no one ever picks up. We have left numerous call back requests, with the promise that our place in line will be held, and no one calls us back. We have gone online and emailed customer service and no email or call in return. Never again will we enter an Ashley's store. They like to sell furniture; they just don't know how to get the furniture to you.

Barbra Reyes... I absolutely loved my experience at the Amarillo location! I was treated with the upmost care and I loved all the gorgeous options to choose from! If only I was a millionaire I would have furnished my entire home☺️☺️

We bought a Mattress from the Amarillo Ashleys. It was out of stock there, but Tyler quickly found what we wanted at Lubbock. Three days later, it was delivered. Barbara in customer service has checked on us twice to make sure we are satisfied. All around we have experienced great customer service!! Go to Ashleys!!!

Went in for a quick look and they were so nice, informative, and made it easy to get more than what we were expecting! Customer service was awesome and were very accommodating while waiting for paperwork, etc. will be back soon!!!

The store had a large selection and they were even able to price match online deals. I would highly recommend Ashley’s Furniture.

They were really helpful, we found a huge sectional for a really good price. The service was quicker than most places and they give you many options even if you’re on a specific budget.

I ordered a living room set from the store May 30th 2020 and as of right now September 12th 2020 I still have not received all my furniture. I keep being told that it will be in on a certain date and then when I call I’m given another date that’s still 2 weeks out. Will not refund my money so I can go elsewhere to get furniture we only do an instore credit which is stupid because it’s the store I’m having issues with. Why would I want to buy more from a place that can’t deliver! Absolutely ridiculous!

Our rep Callie was great and informative. Nice atmosphere and great location . Our 4 th time purchasing furniture . Explained all processes of financing .

Associates were friendly and helpful. Selections were good, but would've been nice if there were a lot more options available. However, associates helped me get the furniture I wanted for an affordable price.
