My interaction with Cora at this store restored my faith I humanity! She went way, WAY above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with a charity project, can not say enough good!!!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. My 65 yr old mother was moving from Pa to Fl to start the next chapter of her life and trusted this company with her possessions and a very large amount of money with an agreed upon date of delivery. The company came as scheduled to pick up her things and said after taking her only key to her vehicle, they would return to pick up the car in a few days and all her worldly possessions would be delivered to her when promised.

After not receiving the delivery and over 20 unanswered voice mails to the business phones, someone claiming to be the regional manager finally called and said delivery would be delayed 10 days from original date due to a jewish holiday.

Then the delivery date was changed to 24 days after original agreed upon date due to flooding in Ga. After speaking with the Dept of transportation and finding the I95 was clear and trailers are NOT restricted, the regional manager called again offering to have the things delivered sooner for an additional $1200 charge!

Learn from this mistake!!! Do not use this company and warn everyone you know. I hope to help anyone who is going thru a life change like this to not have it be as traumatic experience as my family has seen.
