The first "deep cleaning" of my apartment by HP Home Cleaning Services was superb, thorough, and sparkling. I was so happy.

The second cleaning was different -- a largely poor job. After the cleaners were done, I had to spend a few more hours working on visibly dirty areas that were easy to clean. Parts of the kitchen floor were neither swept nor mopped, the countertops were dusty, the shower doors were obviously wiped down with a dirty rag. Disappointing, especially for the higher cost. The company didn't respond to my complaint.
