Caftsman Autocare

The jury is out. This is a 3-star rating because a new owner bought Kingstowne Auto Care and reopened with a new head mechanic on January 30, 2017. I was a Kingstowne Auto Care patron for 20 years - five stars no-doubt under the prior ownership, but this is a new owner with a new mechanic. Lots of outward renovations and expansions to start, but only time will tell whether they get to keep the 5-star trust and reliability rating the former ownership earned so well. Treat this as a brand-new business; so much has changed that former ratings are no longer relevant.

I was looking for a local auto repair shop online this morning and remembered the good service I received at Kingstowne Auto Care. I few months ago, my son's car overheated and I had it towed to Kingstowne over the weekend because it was the nearest auto repair facility.



I called the following morning, to explain the details and within a short period of time I had an estimate for the repair. Unfortunately, the engine was already damaged; however, the professionalism and courtesy afforded me was the greatest I have had in an auto repair facility in a long time.



Bottom line, I am going back today to have some work performed.
