        Finding a locksmith without shady business practices is like finding a needle in a haystack. However, Tom and his business are truly just that! I moved into my new condo a few months ago and kept slacking on adding a deadbolt. Having heard that there were rumored break-ins in my building, I knew it was time to get the deed done. Early on Saturday morning I scanned Online for a reputable locksmith company and came across Locksmith & Key Shop. I filled out the online form and Tom responded to me in about 30 minutes. He was already in Alexandria, VA that morning and could be at my place within the hour. Seriously??? Bonus points!         I contacted Locksmith & Key Shop about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me.



        I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue!



        PS: They also offer a discount if you contact them through Online. Awesome!
