Worlds worst customer service. Once you buy, its bye bye. They could care less once they make the sale. My bike was 5 months old, had problems with the battery the 1st week. Called them today and was told it is not under warranty. 5 months old? Spoke to 2 different people, first person was a woman who was rude, and did not seem to know anything so she put me on hold for 6 minutes without telling me she was transferring my call. Amazing service! The next person was also rude and unwilling to help. He told me I could take the battery out and they could check it. Really? I will never ever spend a penny at Thunderbird HD in Albuquerque. I would also discourage anyone from buying there. You will be sorry!

The sales staff is AMAZING in all departments. If you're looking to buy a bike, talk to Bam, Andrew, Floyd or Ivy. They are pretty much all amazing there. Motor clothes is GREAT too. Where else can you go in one time and they remember your name next time your there?



We had issues with a bike and they went above and beyond to try to make us happy. I appreciate the huge amount of effort.

Bait and switch is there specialty. After purchasing many bikes in this great country I thought this way of doing business was out the door but not at this location. Do not trust them in any way. After spending and 1.5 hours of precious time and insurance transferred and parts changed on bike and ready to sign on the dotted line they jacked the price up $1000.00. I and others would not buy a bolt from them.

Don't trust them. Thunderbird had my bike for some warranty work. When I got it back they had wired my air horn backwards so it didn't work and had stripped one of the bolts on the left foot peg. They did about as much damage as they fixed. NO QUALITY CONTROL from their shop.
