Sears Auto Center

The Sears auto center at the cottonwood mall is now permanently closed.. the only two auto centers left and Farmington or Las Cruces for any warranty purposes will have to goto one of those locations

3pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Drop car off at 2 and advise them that the sensors are reading wrong for my tires. Also, I'm within the 6 month period for my allignment so I ask them to check that and if it is off to fix it. At 4:40 I call to see if it is done. I was told it's done and they close in 20 minutes. I live 30 minutes away.



1. Alignment is off but nothing done to correct it. Told I will need schedule a different appointment for that

2. My oil sensor wasn't reset, nor were the tire sensors that I specifically asked for



One guy told me they would automatically reset(definitely not true) and the other guy corrected him and had me pull it back into the bay. This is the same guy who locked my keys in the car.



So....now just waiting for the locksmith (30 minute ETA). Then once my car gets unlocked I still have to wait for them to finish making sure my tires have air correctly (part of the original
