Sandia Surgical is the best when it comes to providing medical supplies and customer service! It is a family run business who will go above and beyond helping their "family" of customers. When I switched to their company from a previous company for my son, immediately we were treated with courtesy, love, professionalism and excellent communication. We even met in person, because they really care about who they are serving and want to get to know their customers on a personal level. When my son has been sick or hospitalized, they will call me to see how he is doing and let me know that they are here for us. Our previous company didn't do any of this. Everyone at Sandia is wonderful to work with. From contacting me in a timely manner to the home delivery of supplies, I never once have had any problems whatsoever. If I needed adjustments or any fixes to my son's medical equipment, they are courteous, friendly and go above and beyond to get what we need and would arrive when they said they would. The employees at Sandia will work around your schedule, not the other way around. If something is on back order, they informed me immediately and are true to their word on when to expect it.
I would recommend Sandia Surgical to anyone who needs any type of medical supplies with stress free service!

My daughter Amy is in a wheelchair and we have used Sandia for many years not only for wheelchairs but supplies. The service we receive is beyond compare. The people there from the top to the techs and office personnel are kind, respectful and always on top of things. Whenever we have experienced any problems, we know we can count on Sandia to provide us with quick service. They are also excellent about keeping us in the know when things are taking a bit longer. They are great regarding communication. That's why we choose to stay with Sandia for as long as they will have us!

We were visiting from NYC and my husband needed an O2 concentrator to use during our stay. The entire staff at Sandia (especially Sabrina) did a fine job assuring we had that device waiting for us!
