Purchased a pre-owned Dodge Charger from Steve Benson in the used car division. The whole deal went through without any problems or games. Steve is top notch and will take good care of you. KUDOS!!

12/21/2016 I went into Melloy Dodge and had another flawless transaction with Steve Benson. This time I traded in my 2003 Chevy Silverado and drove out in a 2012 Dodge Ram all in less than 2 hours. Zero hassle and no BS! KUDOS!!

If I could give no stars, I would! I applied to get into a vehicle after a bankruptcy, was told I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. When I asked for the specifics, was given a song and dance over the phone and told I had to go into the dealership to get any info on payments, etc. I am almost 400 miles away and did not want to drive all that way for nothing. So I complained, was given to another person who is the special finance manager, and was told in an email that the man I had been dealing with was "not a sales person and is directed not to discuss payments with customers". I was then told, two sentences later, that the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available but they had some more expensive ones. What a waste of my time!! I am now looking for a different dealership!!

are you serious

I have purchased many cars in my life time and never have I came across so many people that had no clue about the product there selling. Now my car just hit 7,000 miles and my transmission is going out and there telling me it might take days to resolve the problem and we do not have loaner cars and we will split the cost of the rental with you once we find out how long it will take to repair it. Not only still under factory warranty but I also purchased a extended warranty on top of there crappy one. Sooooo not happy

Our overall experience was good however the salesman kept trying to sell us a vehicle we did not want. After about an hour he showed us the vehicle we came to purchase. Seemed like he didn't want to do the legwork.

Had a great experience with se...

Had a great experience with service today. Came in from the north, pulling a big RV, had leaking antifreeze. Called service about 30 min. out, explained the problem to William Pace. He agreed to work us in, told us how to get there, allowed us to park the RV on the lot. We got there about 10 AM, didnt know whether we needed to take the RV to an RV park or hope that the job would be done that day. William brought his service tech out to take a look so we would know whether or not to unhook the RV or take it to an RV park first. He and his tech diagnosed the problem right away as a water pump problem, assured me that I could unhook right on their lot and that they would get me going that afternoon. Sure enough, they got us going fast, in 4 hours, and got the job cost covered by the warranty. We were back on the road by 2 PM, minimal interruption to our trip, and a positive interaction with everyone there, William and his tech really went the extra mile for us. GREAT JOB, MELLOY, THANKS SO MUCH!

Service Department wouldn't honor my warranty

The service manager, James Cassell refused to work on my truck anymore. I have been taking it in for 8 months now for the same problem (check engine light and loss of power). James stated 9/26/07 that he has spent too much time and money on my truck and refused to work on it any more. He didn't want to authorize any other delear or machanic to work on it, bacause he (meaning Dodge) didn't want to pay for it. How unethical is this. I wouldn't recommend buying a Dodge if they won't honor the warranty! My truck only has 20K miles! Right now it is sitting in my drive way and I am pay the truck payment and full coverage insurance as well as a payment for extened warranty!
