Danlar felt that the towing and service industry in New Mexico needed quality and consistent performance. Danlar has expanded their business into a three-truck operation and began providing towing services to the law enforcement community. By 2004, Danlar Towing had grown to a six-truck operation and felt they were well equipped to venture into new markets. They began providing services to motor clubs, fleets and auto dealerships and expanded into Class C and D heavy-duty towing. With their 50-ton wreckers, Danlar Towing and Recovery now has the ability to cover everything from light-duty tows to heavy-duty recoveries. Their services range anywhere from roadside assistance to a full 100, 000 pound recovery and towing.To ensure speedy response to all emergencies, Danlar Towing has taken many steps to ensure they have the appropriate equipment to meet all of their needs. For example, Danlar Towing installed GPS devices to monitor and direct all rescue calls and their dispatchers are supported by state-of-the-art computers and communications equipment. Danlar knows what a true professional is and demonstrates this by requiring appropriate training, drug testing and clean uniforms for all of their drivers. Danlar also offers CDL training to all of their new employees. Their dispatchers and drivers are fully trained and TRAA and WreckMaster certified, with continuous testing to ensure best-of-class service.Establishing themselves in the community, in a very competitive market, was the most challenging time faced by Danlar Towing and Recovery. However, Danlar has experienced many rewarding events too, such as expanding into heavy-duty and recovery work. Above all, they consider the most rewarding job to be every opportunity they get to help a customer in need.
