        Overall

        The mic wasn't working on my phone and I had gone through a lot of steps with my phone company to try to fix it. The fellow zoomed right in on the problem. Turned out that the mic was clogged with lint! Saved me a lot of money on phone replacement not to mention the frustration of trying to figure out what was wrong. AND for a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!!

        Overall

        Took in old HTC one s and parts(new touch screen charger port) disassembled, couldn't fix myself. They worked with me anyway. In at 2pm, out at 5pm same day. Phone works. Price was reasonable.
