OMGEEEEE!! The words and excitement that came over me when Alex handed me the keys to my new car (Diamond)!!
I arrived with no expectation and ended with an amazing feeling and experience! Alex was informative, honest and super funny! He answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was helpful and although there were many others coming in to buy a car, he always made me feel like I was priority. My car has been paid in full for years! Got papers from DMV for them to sign! That was over 3 months ago! Every time I call I get the run around! Now I'm so tired I have to put it in the hands of a lawyer! This company needs to be shut down till they find someone that can run it! They can't sign paper work! All they can do is take your money! Sad really really sad!!!

i bought a car from them 3months ago now my mans service light is on and they wont help with any of the repairs DO not buy a car from there they are a very bad dealership

We purchased a vehicle from Diamond Auto Sales, and within several weeks, it needed major repairs. The warranty did not cover the repair and the dealership refused to help in any way. According to the mechanics, this problem was very unusual for a vehicle with low miles, so we suspect the odometer may have been tampered with.

If this was my business, I would do what I could to satisfy my customers, but I believe they are only concerned with money and not the customer. Be very careful.
