Michaels Pasta In The Pan Restaurant

My daughter-in-law, her son, and I went to Michael's Pasta in the Pan in Agawam last night and ordered Spinach Luciano for myself and daughter-in-law. When the food arrived, only I got the dish, while she received a plate and spoon. We finally got the attention of our waitress and asked why we only received one dish. She said, with distain, that we said we were going to share the meal. We told her we ordered 2 dishes and never said anything about sharing. She never apologized and with a huffy attitude asked did we want another Spinach Luciano. The evening went from bad to worse and in the end she accused us of being rude. Because she was so rude and unprofessional, we asked to speak to the manager and she informed us it was she. I have eaten there before and always had a very pleasant experience. At the end, she, dismissively said the meals were on the house. Still, my daughter-in-law, said she would never eat there again.

My wife, kids and I went in last night for dinner to celebrate my sons birthday. Our favorite waitress/ manager was working, She made sure we had a wonderful evening, delicious food, excellent service, I highly recomend it.

I was surprised at all the bad reviews. We eat a michael's often and find the service to be excellent. We have probably gone through the entire menu and no major disappointments. On Monday and Wednesday there is a discount menu with slightly smaller portions. My only complaint is that most of the menu is made up of different versions of chicken with either spinach or brocolli along with peppers and garlic.

The food was ok, but the service ruined any chances of having a good meal. The server was slow, never asked us if we wanted refills. We were there for over an hour waiting for our salads while every table around us that came an left after we were seated got their salads and meals. After an hour waiting for salads and her to check in and ask us we needed anything she nerver came to us. We then asked another employee for the manager, guess who comes over as the manager, our waitress. She was in our face and rude. she pointed and told us they were busy, and stil didnt ask us for refills. We had to ask for them. When we asked for the owner we were told he left for the evening. After a call the next day we found out he was there. The ownership doesnt care about service or its customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your money and stress and pick another establishment. Our friends 30th bday here was ruined and we will never return. He actuall asked us when we called what it is we wanted from him, we told him nothing..this is your business. All we wanted was an apology. This service will catch up to them.
