C & C Appliance Repair

He was a little late, but called me to tell me he was still with another customer. He was able to fix my refrigerator and looked at my washer. The washer did not act up and he told me when it does to call him again.

The technician arrived on time after calling first. Upon his arrival he removed the top of the washing machine and set it against a wall. The top slid down the wall . He then placed it against another wall. I had to remove it from the wall and set it in a safe location to avoid any damage.
He then could find nothing wrong with the washer and called his office twice for instruction. He then left and I used the washer only to find the same issue. I called the office and they had the technician call me. He told me he was headed to another customer and to send him a video of the machine.
Basically I paid $85 for him to show up promptly and still have a washing machine in need of repair! BUYER BEWARE!
