Melody's Pet Grooming

Love Melody's I have been bringing my Labs for years to be groomed.I have always felt welcome and never had any problems with Melody or staff. My dogs look great when I pick them up. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!

I use to bring my yorkie there and never understood why I would have to pick her up 6hrs AFTER I've dropped her off!?!? I brought her back twice just for a quick nail clipping and BOTH times came home with FLEAS!! NO JOKE! I would never step foot In that dirty place again! I highly recommend Pawlissa's in Westport! Amazing!

Rude,mean to owners and pets, especially the owner of Melody's ....She keeps so many dogs in cages 3 to 4 hours to torture them later because she has no time to do her work on time. My dog was dropped on Friday at 11:30 am and my husband was asked to pick the dog at 3pm. He was at Melody's at 2:50pm and had been asked to wait because my dog hadn't had hair cut done yet. Eventually , in 10 minutes, my dog received not only the hair cut but also some skin cut ,too. She never told us about it ,and even had been confronted on Monday, she denied ,claimed that it could've happened anywhere. She had showed how truly unprofessional and rude she is. She won't ever see us again, and we would never recommend her to anyone who loves their pets!!!!

Again not happy with treatment of my dog and cat. So I am going to rate it one star because i know people read this to decide where to take their beloved pets. My dog seems very uncomfertable there which is not like him. I also want the cut I like not something close to it for the money they ask. So thank twice before going and if you do go be careful.
