Bravo Fence

The Bravo Fence company have made the start of the New Year an inspiration for me to get out and enjoy my yard. The addition of the fence completes the yard and looks so nice. They guys who installed it were very kind and tidy. The estimator stopped by to insure that I was happy and that no issues of concern. Ms. Tina Dale

WOW is all I say as I called and spoke on the phone and found out that a few companies had mislead me. They never bad mouthed anyone but clearly stated facts that I further checked. I am glad that I have chosen them as my yard is a wonderful addition to my living space.

Very knowledgeable to say the least. Offered me a solution that was cost effective and not a money maker. I contacted others who all wanted to sell me a complete new fence when in reality only needed some fixes. The gentleman told me the pros and cons of new vs repairs and let me decide without pressure on what was best for me.

I called Bravo based on the reviews left at this web site. Have to admit it was an excellent experience from start to finish. They get my vote!

I have been looking at fence for weeks knowing a new puppy was arriving at Christmas. I had several companies come for estimates, even the big companies with tv commercials.. I compared all the black and white print and amounts and then researched the maker of the fence. Some lied as when I contacted the maker they were not a vendor others weren't licensed to work in St. Pete. I simply choose the best one with the best price. I went to the office in person and let me tell you this is a first rate company with a beautiful showroom. My fence gave them some problems but they were addressed with professionalism. I am happy that I choose them.

I called this company after being told all the reasons I couldn't do what I wanted. Some local companies said it was too custom or that they couldn't do it. As a last resort I called Bravo and met with an estimator. I was told if I could draw it or describe it they could build it. I told them what I wanted and they then sent me a professional looking design. I approved the design and amount. It is now installed and I have the most beautiful entry way that I always receive comments on. They are professionals and treated me as such. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you to all the Bravo employees that had a part in my fence installation. The sales staff were first rate and the instation crew was great, they didn't even stop in the rain. I love my fence. I see alot of reviews on here saying this and that. They weren't the cheapest but they made me feel valued and respected my thoughts and that says alot about a company. I had other companies give me free estimates and some were cheaper and some higher, so being a retired Miltary Police Officer, I trusted my gut. Well above average. My mother's fence blew down in a storm. She contacted this company and Thomas came out to her home. He explained she had to do something as a mom has a pool. Told her to call insurance to see if they could help as my parents are on a fixxed income. He went out of his way to help them and called me to explain what needed to happen. The fence was installed and parents feel safe and secure. The fence was built beatiful. Bravo and the staff made me and my parents feel like we were the most important people around and did not take advantage of the situation but gave mom a discount. I can not say enough kind words. I am very pleased with the fence that I purchased. I looked around at the big stores and the so called outlets and decided that the best choice was Bravo fence. The product is made in the USA and I want to buy USA. The product and job looks great and was on schedule as promised. Thank you for professionalism.

Only way they could have earned 5 stars was to give it to me free. They did an outstanding job start to finish. The salesmen answered all my questions with direct answers and walked me around my own yard to address concerns that I didn't even know about. The guys who showed up to install my fence arrived with a professional attitude and were far from lazy. They installed my fence picture perfect and left my yard nice and neat. The work ethic is outstanding and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I wanted a pergola and could not find one anywhere. The stores had some but none to my liking. I stopped by and spoke with the gentleman and they designed it to my wants. It looks beautiful and I get comments daily from friends who adore it. Ms. Drisdale

No one is perfect. They are honest and will tell you facts rather than just sell you something you don't need. Case in point I have a fence that needed repairs but they sold me a few parts for less than 20.00 and told me how to do it and told me to call if I got stuck. I just purchased wood panels from these people and saved money on each panel and these folks use 2 by 4 s and nails. Now know Cypress is a better choice that pressure treated but being one that will not believe a word a salesman tells me I asked for proof and he goes to the internet and shows me professional site that compares them. They some nice folks to deal with.

Great company to do business with very honest. Had my fence installed better than what I invisioned. Great is the only word to describe it. They weren't the cheapest or the highest but the product and install are well worth it. They didn't cut corners. I am very pleased. Mr & Mrs D. Pepin

Just purchased materials that they listed on Craigslist as scratch & dent (2nds) and all I can say is I saved a lot of $$$$ and it looks better than what I have looked at with others asking full price. Very nice employees that didn't try to up sell . Thank you Bravo for being honest to the working class.
