they are great people and very helpfull. derrick one of the tire tech will give up the info you need when he looks at you tires. he will not lie to you and let you that you need more work done when you dont.

I would not recommend this business to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I was sold a set of tires that I thought were new, only later to find that they were used. Unfortunately, I discovered this when my steering wheel was shaking and took my car to get checked. I was advised that 3 out of 4 tires had knots and one was split open. Yes, I could have had blowouts on the interstate and been killed. When I went back to this store and spoke to the owner about the issue. He simply responded, "We thought you knew the tires were used. We told you we were giving you a deal." Wow, he took no ownership of the issue and provided horrible customer service. He even tired to make a profit by suggesting I buy a new set of tires from him and he would take $20 off. Yes, we could have been injured and he offered $20. I hope you learn from my experience and consider the safety of your family. Do not trust this store, I regret it. If you already have, get your tires checked and replaced like I am.
