Bamboo House

Went online and place an order for Chinese food at the Bamboo House. I then followed up with a telephone call to make sure the online order was received. When I called, I was told it would take about 20 minutes before she received the order. I asked if she could take it over the phone.



Upon my arrival I asked if the online order would be cancelled? She said "wa..you want online order too?" She repeat that several times. I said "No, ok..so you don't understand what I am saying." She replied, "you don't understand what I am saying." Frustrated I said "forget it." I'll just take my order. She turned away from the counter and said, "What the f--k!' My response to her. I just wanted to make sure you didn't duplicate the order. She said, "you get out... I no sell you nothing." I replied, now I know why your restaurant have such a low grade with 2 stars. Your attitude sucks and you have no customer service. She repeated "get out....and I better not catch you in the streets."

The food on a scale of 1-10 is about a 6 however you won't find a better Egg Roll anywhere in town. The service is; well what can I say, they don't speaker English very well and I don't speak Chineese!
