Kirby Vacuum Co.

I had purchased a vacuum but after using it for a couple of days, I decided to cancel the purchase. Since then, their mailbox "is full" so you can't leave messages, when you do call someone they will say that a technician will call within a few hours but no one ever calls you back. And to top it off, they can't find my original vacume to return to me so they thought giving me someone else's used vacuum would suffice. And while this "new" vacume was supposedly better than the one I had, it was missing attachments and had no manual with it.

I dropped my older unit off and these guys made it look new again. They are knowledgeable and very professional to work with. I love the friendly service and fair prices. This is a must for all repairs! Hard to fined anyone better.

My experience here goes back 30 years. I love this place every time I come in the staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable! I have had my Kirby for 30 years if that tells you how incredible these machines are! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A STORE BOUGHT MACHINE! LOVE MY KIRBY!

I went to this place a few days ago and had an AMAZING experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They advised me of which parts I needed and they serviced my Kirby it has been running so much better thank you!!!!

I went to the shop at 4824 N 35th ave and they new exactly what was wrong with my Kirby and fixed it right away. The customer service was awesome they are very knowledgeable on Kirby's I would recommend to anybody to go to these guy. I went to ABC Vac on Indian School and they did not have the parts to fix my Kirby or even seem like they new what they where doing.Thanks Dave for all your help

i.e., A local favorite, or Everytime I visit this place the experience gets better and better. Their a certified Kirby dealership and they dont sell anything other than Kirby Vacuums. I wasted my time a long time ago trying to go to other places that werent certified and they just ripped me off and sold me parts that werent even kirby parts which is why its important to go to a certified Kirby, The manager Dave is extremely knowledgable and helps me out every time i need it. Which is pretty rare because my Kirby Has lasted 20 years and I have only had to bring it in twice. The rebuild was well worth the cost because It will last another 20 years.

I was surprised with how well they took care of my Kirby they where awesome I needed my machine back because I had family coming to town and they got it right in and out Thanks!!!! I would recommend to all my friends they where very nice and very helpful

I would recommend buying and servicing your kirby here. They are an exceptional company, very knowledgable and friendly.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!!. You never know when they will be open. If you call for help, be prepared for rude answers!! They need lessons on customer service!!!!
