        I've lived here a year and it has been a very pleasant experience. I love our home and Ophelia the manager has been very helpful and very nice. These condos are in a great location with everything you need close by. If considering moving/buying here it's a great place and excellent location.

        We at The Regent at Town Center are for the most part seeing a difference...However THE Guard Co. Has no clue of what their Employees do in the Daytime...Terrible to target certain people and also certain races. .There is a Guard who is OUT OF CONTROL with whatever Power he thinks he has. Also goes against Management and does not care. He devalues this community and is a con man. We have complained many times of his actions and to date he is still allowed to work here. What he has over Good Guards is of no knowledge ..Picks in garbage, tries to intimidate residents and then puts a smile on his face....REALLY what is wrong with everyone. .Wake Up Please to his disguise and put him somewhere else ..You all are putting yourselves at risk of lawsuits .HELP your Residents. Thank You
