Left in cold weather for 1 hr. waiting on street on steep slope with not even a side walk. Demand cash. Handicapped or old person in impossible and dangerous position through no fault of their own.Charge is outrageous. $ 240 - 260$ dollars. I have had cars towed across town for less that $ 100. Stinks of rip off and theft.
