Since October 2014 I have taken over as the NEW General Sales Manager for REM Auto Sales Inc. This dealership has been in business for 42 years, and maintains an A+ rating with the BBB for 25 years. The Owner can proudly say that he has never turned away a customer with a problem. REM has fixed customer issues 100% of the time. REM's business practices sets them apart from the competition because REM only services what they sell. REM employs two full time certified mechanics which allows them to keep the labor rate down for our customer, and get them parts and tires at a discount. When someone buys a car from REM they are treated like family, and 99% of the they refer friends and family because it's a great place to buy a car! We do not advertise just word of mouth keeps us very busy!!!
Purchased a LEMON, won't even call me back!
I purchased a newer-model truck less than 4 months ago, and since then I’ve put roughly 4,000 miles on it. In that time, I’ve had nothing but problems. WHAT A LEMON this thing is!
-Check Engine warning, Airbag System warning came on at different times (starting a few weeks ago) and are now on solid.
-4WD system is non-functional- I just get a Service 4WD warning
-Front tires are bald on the outside edges- paid for an alignment, rotation and balance (which their mechanic refused to do before I took the truck) and it didn’t fix anything, so obviously something is wrong in the front end, and they just put new tires on the truck to get it off the lot.
-Window trim on the outer windows is broken off, another item which they refused to fix before I took the truck.
-The real kicker is that they needed to replace something in the steering column before I took the truck, and that part is broken again! The wheel pops like a broken hip every time I turn the truck!
I’ve tried to communicate twice with this place to remedy the issues with this LEMON and they won’t even get back to me! Not only will I never return, I’m going to spend my free time making sure EVERYONE knows the TRUTH about this place.
