They were great. I explained my frustration with other service stations about the cost of repairing my "older" car. They listened and offered me a lower price using used parts if possible. I took them up on it and saved myself a bundle.
I'm happy. I've been recommending them ever since.

They made the financing process easy. I was able to get the car I wanted quickly,with excellent service and customer care. They took the time to make sure every aspect of the sale went smoothly. I feel confident that they will be there if I have any issues with the car. A casual,yet professional dealership I would recommend.

I almost never write reviews but looking at the reviews on here, I had to talk about my experience with Rally Motors. I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5 3 years ago from Rally Motors. I remember my experience with the staff being more than welcoming. Normally, some would post a review a month or so into their new vehicle, but in my case it's different.
My Nissan that I purchased has been nothing but an amazing car! It never gave me any problems. I love it! I'm looking at buying a new car now because I'm expecting and I'm so heartbroken that Rally Motors doesn't have a car on their lot that I would be interested in purchasing, because if so I hands down would buy from them again.
Everyone has bad experiences somewhere and I feel like those are the only people that write reviews.
I'm the opposite, when I love a place I want everyone to know. Give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the person writing the review was a total douche to begin with and that's why they are pissed about their experience.
Customer service is tough.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT TRADE YOUR VEHICLE IN BECAUSE YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING IT PAID OFF ARE SLIM TO NONE ON TIME. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU AN HONEST ANSWER ON ANYTHING. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY AFTER BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THEM. If you need something fixed they will clean the part the best they can place it back in . wouldnt be suprised if you get an oil change there they are putting your same oil filter back on. It took the ATTORNEY GENERAL to get them to payoff my truck i traded in.

I have seen the in's and out's of Rally Motorsports, and it has come a long way since my first visit. The garage provides quick servicing, and cheaper than most garage's I have been to (I had my oil changed). The business is under new management and ownership, and with that, provides a better business model towards improving customer service.

Brought my car in for repairs. Under new management and had a great experience. Excellent customer service. The repairs were done quickly and for the exact amount as quoted. I will definitely return. Sue B.

I wouldnt recommend rally motorsports because it was very unproffesional and there was drunk employees, they were cursing a lot and the drunk employee went to the extent where he started hitting my car with his hands. it was a bad experiance and i wouldnt reccomend anyone to purchase vehicles or get service from here

I am now going for a fourth.

They have always gone out of their way to help me. They have always treated me right.

I would like to recommend anyone that wants to buy a car from here strongly reconsider. I have recently bought a car from them and I regret it all. When I first got the car I had it inspected and it didn't pass for multiple places. So I bring it back and they fix the problems. But I thought of you buy a car and it doesn't pass inspection they place had to fix it for free? Wrong they made me pay for it all, AFTER tell me it would cost nothing. At that point I was happy to just leave. So recently I had my car looked at because it needs some maintenance. I've now had the car 4 months. EVERYTHING they told me they had fixed when I was buying the car has curently died. Resulting in over $2K that needs to be replaced and fixed curently. I even have documentation saying they parts that had installed they had put in wrong and has caused further damage. If you want to buy a vehicle from people who will lie to then by all means you have found the place for you.

Went to see a 2006 mustang with Bruce and he made us feel confident that we were able to trade in our car for this mustang. So a few days later we head up again to discuss financing and fill out some forms with Tim. After waiting a week for him to get back to us, we call to find out what's going on and it turns out he never did anything with the forms we took time filling out and sold the car to another person. At least a phone call to let us know the car is sold would of been nice or actually pursuing our want for the car. Not to mention the meeting with Tim was upsetting because he kept stating our car is too hard to sell because it's yellow. This dealership has proven to us that their lazy and unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to this dealership.

Horrible Place!!! Never buy a car from them! Tim was a joke not to mention he was drinking a beer every time I went into the shop. The whole place is a scam. After purchasing a car and waiting 2 weeks for Jen to register it and Tim to "tune it up" I finally said enough is enough and went down to the shop. Jen had just left for the registry! and Tim was just pulling it into the garage it tune it up!! Mind you the car has been sitting in the back of the shop for 2 weeks this stuff should have already been done. I waited 3 hours for them and after all of that he wouldn't even include a sticker. Every other decent dealer ship would put a sticker on a car you just purchased from them. Every time I called to touch base and see what was going on no one would EVER call me back. It was like pulling teeth to do this deal. Rude, unprofessional place. Save yourself a huge headache and purchase a vehicle some were else. My cars a.c dose not work or any of the buttons on the steering wheel as well as the gas tank release button. I was very disappointed!

Bought a truck from them, and I did my homework. They fixed issues I found before I bought the truck. They worked hard to get/keep my business and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Don't ever buy a car from these scam scam artists, I've only had these piece of business junk they sold me for a year and I'm already stuck with a $3200 loan and the truck is dead with a bad transmission and motor had problems with the passenger door two weeks after i bought it that they never fixed along with other missing pieces, truck started making noises still under warranty and they never fixed any of it and now I have $10,000 worth of repairs that's not even worth my blood sweat garden earned money and tears so needless to say don't Ever buy a car from rally and if you do if feel bad for you!!

I have purchased three cars at Rally Motorsports. The salesmen were all prompt and courteous to deliver my cars on time with no hassles. I plan to buy my next vehicle from then when the time comes.

I stopped at Rally Motorsports to fix my flat and spare. They were fair in price and had great customer service. With there help I got a solid tire and spare. I made it back to New York safely. I am very grateful for their help.

this place is terrible, they sold me a car with huge cracks in the frame and made it seem like i was getting a deal. the drivers side door stopped working after 2 months, brakes needed to be done after 3 months. the reason why used car dealers have a bad name.

I recently was having mechanical issues with my vehicle and i went to several different shops to get the issue fixed and was unsuccessful....a friend told me she gets her car fixed at Rally Motorsports so i went there and seen brandon.He figured out the issue quickly and fixed it...I look foward to doing buissness with them in the future
