Expert Appliance Repair and Service

This company surpasses any company I have ever dealt with before. They are on time, knowledgeable, and beyond fair with their pricing. He first looked at our fridge and said he thought we might need to invest in another one. It was July 4th to start with. He called later that day and said he would like to try to replace the control panel and my charge for diagnosing the problem on the first visit would go toward the price when he returned. If that didn't work there would be no charge. That was the problem and he was extremely fair with his pricing. He has been back twice since then with the same awesome customer service. There are not many people that truly care like this man does. I highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed with this company. They were professional and ON TIME. I had two other appliance repair services that did not show up or call. I was a relief to have a company honor their committed schedule. The service tech gave us options to save us money. This company is now on our preferred vendor list....

I was having a problem with my cooktop burner not heating up. I called this company because they are local and they have good reviews. The repairman did not disappoint. He showed up a little early. He did have to take my cooktop out of the countertop and took the glass off the top. I was a little nervous but he replaced the switch assembly and put it all back together with no problems. Now all my burners work again :) Thanks for your service I will recommend you to our friends and family.

I Called these guys to come take a look at my refrigerator. They called me when they were on the way and the guy showed up on time. The repairman walked me through what was wrong with my frig (there was ice build up blocking my evap fan keeping the air from circulating) He showed me the ice after he took everything apart. The guy told me the problem was my defrost timer was not operating right. I learned a lot about my frig and now i have an appliance repair company that i can trust in my contacts. Thanks very much for the honest service and the refrigerator lesson. I will only use these guys if i ever have any other problems

The service that we received was wonderful. James was kind, professional, explained everything in detail. I can probably fix my Ref next time. lol. I will definitely be calling Expert Appliance Repair out again for any of my other appliances.
