SmartStyle

This was my first time ever in a harstylist in Winston-Salem. I asked for a wash and style and got exactly what i asked for. Jackie was wonderful she followed the guidelines of my previous hairstylist and i was very happy with the result.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!! I went in with medium brown hair and asked for light brown hair with blended blonde high lights. After the manager Christine (Christina) had to ask another stylist to help her in the back (make my color) they came back out and she couldn't remember which colors were which so she guessed. I heard all about her se# life and her ex fiancee (don't care). She took the foils out of my hair washed my hair after slinging color and water all over my dress, and takes me to the chair and will not let me see the color. She styles my hair and cuts it dry. When she turned me around my hair was orange and gold on top there were spots of brown through out the gold where she forgot to put color. the roots weren't even died. The cut is a whole different story there were chunks taken out of my hair i had a rat tail in the back. It took a stylist at a different salon 2.5 hours to fix my hair today. I got my money back from smart style and will never ever go back!!!!
