Quan Hy Restaurant

I haven't ever experienced any of the tip-gauging like the other reviewers had said. I've never had bad service, but I've never had amazing service, but you can't really expect that coming to a Vietnamese restaurant. Vietnamese restaurants (in Little Saigon especially) are not known for service, they're known for food. Any Vietnamese restaurant you go to, you can expect less than stellar service, but probably great food.



I'm a fan of the Bun Bo Hue here. The broth is clean and refreshing. Their Banh Beo is also really great. Sure it's a little more expensive then some of the other Vietnamese restaurants that serve the same stuff, but the quality and ingredients are better. The place is also pretty clean.



Parking lot is large, but can be a pain as it's a popular plaza. A fun fact - a scene in Fast and the Furious 1 was filmed in this plaza.
