Our entire experience was flawless. Our sales guy, Demond, was very nice & helpful and David, the Finance guy, was absolutely wonderful! For an "in and out" purchase, I have to say I PREFER this over pushy sales people and going from lot to lot to lot! If you do your online homework before going it helps tremendously--but if you can't they have several computers that show their entire fleet, Carfax Reports, etc. It's a no-frills kind of office, but who cares! You get a great deal on a car and you are saved the headache of negotiating, etc. This is the second car I've purchased from OLO and I will not hesitate to purchase another car from there! I love my new little SUV!

When we first enter the premises of offleaseonly palm beach we were immediately greeted by Danny Pena sales rep. he ask us if we had a particular make and model of the car we were interested and we gave him a list of 4 cars - he took us inside and looked up the stock number and explain how the information works. he then proceeded to get these vehicles for overview and test drive. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We really value his professionalism and took his advise on making our decision. The Finance dept. was smooth and painless as well, David Sissenwein walks us through various options with professional advise that saved us time and money. Dennis, salesman, Alan, manager and Marco, finance manager were all spectacular. We could not buy the first time we went to the lot due to timing. However, everything was all together the following visit and we were in and out. Definitely will not go elsewhere.

This is the first time that I have purchased a used car in over twenty years. I spent time studying online and found a car that I was very interested in at Offlease and when I arrived on site, I found it rather easily. Robert Ekonomou introduced himself and helped me immediatley with all of my questions. I then test drove the car and loved it. Robert spent the next couple hours working hard to help me trade in my previous vehicle, set up financing and then make sure my new car was set to my satisfaction before I drove it off the lot. Unlike other dealerships, I never fealt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and I definately would recommend Offlease and Robert personally to my friends and family in the future.

Ted was great helpful and patient with us. Felt like he was fighting for us not against us and helped us get the right interest rate and car we was looking for did not try to oversell us but understand what we need it not what we wanted that was very helpful in buying this car. I HAD SUCH A SMOOTH EXPERIENCE IN BUYING MY DREAM CAR. MY SALESMAN HAZEM EL HASSAN WAS EXTREMELY KIND AND PATIENT WITH BOTH ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY.
