West Caldwell Car Wash

Don't trust your car with this place. I asked for a full service car wash for $13.95. Because I have an SUV they charge an extra $1. They charged my card $19.21. They over charged me for a different service that I didn't even get. Half my windows were not cleaned, my seats were not vacuumed. When I called asking for a refund as I do not live around there the guy was rude and would not refund my money. He does not know customer service. Said the customer will never win and tried to talk his way out of making a mistake. They do not cater to the customers, don't waste your time or money.

I am very well qualified to write a review for this car wash. The reason being is that it's close to my house and I have been going for since my mother used to go there. (About 30 yrs in all)

This care wash USED to be the best around. It's family owned but over the past few years its gone way down hill. Two sisters I believe are still the owners but not it looms like the guy John now has some ownership in it. While the sisters offer a smile at least John has does not have an ounce of customer service in his body. He almost acts as though you are doing him the favor of spending your money there

Ok, now about the actual washing. It's OK at best. Your rims will NEVER be 100% clean. I always have to grab a towel and wipe my own all the way clean. John sees this and says nothing!

I'm tired of the low quality wash and the lack luster way customers are now treated. I'm taking my business to the other car washes in the area. My advice is save your money!
