Alem is one of the most unprofessional mechanics I have ever seen. He doesn’t have the proper skill and education to be a mechanic. He doesn’t even know how to handle customers. He has a very poor work ethic. In addition, he charges unfair amount of money for mediocre service. Pls avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer service, they charge unreasonable fee, you will wait forever there , Mr Alem is very rough guy he don't know how to handle customer, I will not recommend any one to go over there.
