Co-Op Tax & Accounting

I have been getting my taxes and bookkeeping here for years. Never a problem and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They did my 2012 returns and were supposed to send a copy in the mail. MONTHS later I went in there to pick up my copy and they said it wasn't prepared!!!! They told me to come back to pick up and when I did it still wasn't ready. Stupid me, now I drop off my stuff for my 2013 returns AFTER the tax deadline and they tell me they have no idea how long it will take!!! This is a simple return with no schedules. I waited a week and a half and called and they never even started it. I told them to refund my money and I would go somewhere else. Suddenly they would have it ready in 48 hours. I went to pick it up and told them I still needed a copy of my 2012 returns and they told me I had to pay for a copy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them to show me proof they mailed them to me and they couldn't yet I still had to pay the $25.00. $25.00 for a copy is RIDICULOUS and HIGHWAY ROBBERY. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH A COPY TO BEGIN WITH. I will never go back to them. This is an unprofessional company, they are non responsive and take their sweet old time.
