I LOVE this place! I am a long time customer and I have been coming here for years. The owner is fantastic and loves his work and his customers. The quality of service and work are superb, even if he, himself cant help, will always steer you in the right direction. no wonder they have been in business for over 50 years FABULOUS!!!

DO NOT GO TO THE UPLAND LOCATION! They give you faulty keys and refuse to refund your money! I had to go back three times because one of the two keys I had made did not work. I simply asked for the key to be made correctly and a refund for the one key that they had to re-do three times (which I though was fair) he refused and started yelling at me and slammed his hand down on the glass counter. Did not even apologize for their mistake...probably the rudest people I have ever met.

BEAWARE! Terrible attitude. Key does not work. Says its my problem not their's because too busy. Won't go there again, EVER!

I needed some keys and I found this place by accident, but I was so surprised when I saw my old friend working on some locks! I was told by another locksmith, (who i wont mention names) that he had DIED! (i guess they cant handle the competition of a far superior locksmith!) It was such a wonderful thing to see him alive and well! He still is the best locksmith ever! I will never go anywhere else!

I went there to fix my ignition key at this place and they were so awesome! got this sweet deal! the guy even wrote a letter to my insurance and i got reimbursed!!

I came here from another place who cut me a key for my padlock... The key that the other place a few miles down did not cut the key right, it wouldn't work. Jack's key services fixed the problem and cut me the right key. Great service, and quick! i will definitely come back!

I have been going to this place for years, I live in Ontario and its a 7 mile drive, but its worth it. I have never had a problem with any of the keys that I have had cut here. I could go to the one next to the home depot, or even in there, but I want my keys done right, I don't want to have to worry about going for repeat visits for the same stupid key. They do it right the first time!

I went to the key shop in Upland and even though they were a bit busy they took care of me. all i needed was a duplicate key for my house, but they treated me like a friend. they were so warm and caring! they even warned me on where not to go for crappy keys! you can tell that they genuinely care about their customers! Will come back again!

I love this place! They are always ready to help, and find a way to a solution and if they cant help me then know exactly where to send me so I don't get ripped off!! prices are reasonable, and they are fair with other rates as well. They are a wonderful lil shop and the owner is an awesome guy!
