Terrible service. I was left in a waiting room for over an hour. I was planning to walk out, but figured I already had X-rays taken, so I wanted the results. It wasn't until I finally opened the door and poked my head out that I realized almost all of the office seemed to have left for lunch. Someone must have noticed me standing around in the hall, because a few minutes later, after returning to my exam room, I could hear them discussing me through the door, admitting to each other that they had completely forgotten I was there. Oh, well that's reassuring. Realizing their faux pax, they quickly brought in someone to see me....but NOT Dr. Pierce, the one I had made an appointment with (and I had specifically made the appointment with him, based on reviews I had read). They randomly brought in a second doctor, who didn't even check my knee---just reiterated the same stuff the other one told me. I left the office annoyed and angry that they had wasted THREE HOURS of my workday for a simple appointment. The next day, I immediately called and cancelled the two-week follow-up they had made me, telling them I was dissatisfied. The girl on the phone apologized, and said that the doctor would like to call me later to discuss it with me........yeah, he never did. And then, two weeks later, I got an automated message, reminding me about an appointment I never made, for a time and date that I never would have considered due to a class. I don't know what their problem is, but they are inefficient, and disorganized, and because of their poor service, I don't even trust the diagnosis I received. I would never go back.

I had trouble bending over to put shoes on and tie my shoes. I also had problems taking showers, bending, turning, and mowing the lawn. I went directly to HealthSource because Dr. Reg put everything in line; like it should be. The stretching and adjusting helped me. I am a lot looser with practically no pain, and I can bend over to put shoes on and tie them. HealthSource has the best and most courteous staff that I've ever encountered. If you have a problem he will fix it.
